Burgundy established its raw material basis according to specifics requirements, and implements Quality Control process of product and service quality according to ISO 22000 (1st company in Europe of our sector of activities), ISO 9001, HACCP DS 3027, Kocher standards and GMP.

 

QUALITY CONTROL
In order to offer our customers the highest security, and to guaranteethe product quality, Burgundy has invested a lot to allow the QC to use the best equipments to reach the usual high leading standards. Equipped with more than 15 advanced precision analytical instruments, including UV-vis spectrometers, GCMS, GC with head space injection system, HPLC, HPLC DAD, refractometer, computerized viscosimeter, turbidimeters… in a 150 sqm lab, the QC is performed under the best time, to match the reactivity target that our customers need.

 

MANAGING THE QUALITY ASSURANCE
Using ISO 9001 v 2000 and HACCP DS 3027 (The whole activity of conception, development, industrial innovation, production and sales of botanical extracts and derived or natural products, technology watch associated services, and customer assistance has been certified since 2005), joined to GMP, as general requirement for all the productions, Burgundy has implemented the highest level of quality procedure as a standard. This permanent improvement allows us to maintain a continuously updated internal quality system, in order to make available for each customer this up-to-date security, to strengthen the mutual trust.
