Well equipped R&D Department is dedicated to development and isolation of natural ingredients and formulation. Advanced equipments for R&D and Quality control: HPLC, HPLC DAD, GC-MS, UV-Vis Spectrometry.
A fully equipped 250 sqm laboratory with Equipment for extraction trials:

• A mini extractor with filtered bottom with useful capacity of 5 Litres, computer driven
• A filtration system to ensure a minimum thereshold of 0.2μm filtration
• A Pilot vacuum “Evaporator” type Rotavapor
• Laboratory equipments for distillation and liquid-liquid extraction
• Several driying systems as freeze dryer or heated-vaccum oven dryer
• All the materials meet the constraints imposed by the use of flammable solvent

R&D Department is also in charge of industrial transposition,
with dedicated installations:

• 1000 L bottom filtered stirred reactor
• 750 L vaccum evaporator / concentrator
• 1000 L chromatography resins
• A pilot spray-dryer with evaporation capacity of 8 Kg/h in water
