It remains harpagoside, but better and with less non-harpagoside gluco-iridoids, keeping all clinical works which have linked Gluco-iridoids from Harpagophytum procumbens, and in particular harpagoside, to the treatment of chronic and degenerative joint diseases. The high percentage of harpagosides contained in IridoForce™ (up to 20% by HPLC, ie. 40-50% by UV) now enables you to provide the optimal amount of gluco-iridoides in a single capsule. You can even easily add other actives such as chondroïtine sulphate, or glucosamine, or omega 3, in order to develop a specific formula.

After its success to reach a targeted very high titration, Burgundy conducted different studies to observe the results of IridoForce™, on the chondrocytes and the COX-2 in order to highlight the effects of the gluco-iridïdes in particular the harpagoside, against the chronic inflammation of the cells which build the cartilage (chondrocytes), in charge for the progressive destruction.
