Further to its recent acquisition, Burgundy Botanical Extracts is strengthening its position of supplier for the cosmetic industries. Besides the products catalogue, Burgundy offers its expertise of innovative manufacturer assisted by its R&D and application laboratories 

March 2009, Burgundy—company specializing in the extraction of natural actives from plants  and owned 40% by the Group Cristal Union—has acquired the botanical extracts business of Cognis, Division Nutrition and Health, and its range of botanical derivatives sold by the care chemicals division to the cosmetic industry.
